If your motivation dips around March just project your mind forward to the summer time when you will be whipping the shirt off on the beach! *

May be a good idea to have a few goals to work towards. Break the year up into seasonal chunks:
    • March: a few races e.g. 5km / 10km (cycle, run, walk, row, swim,.. whatever you are into)
    • April to August: light gym and a few triathlons (or do more than just one sport to keep things varied.)
    • Autumn / Winter: heavier gym and build up legs for something like ski/snowboarding...
    • Spring: see * above
