Heres my daily food intake. Please feel free to comment. I'm open to modifying it if people think it's unhealthy as maybe it's lacking something more so than having too much of something, uno.

    -BREAKFAST (7:30 approx):

Porridge (with 1 table sp. Lecithin, 2 sp. Wheat Germ and 1 tablespoon Sunflower seeds)
    ½ cup milk (for cereal)
    Orange juice
    Centrum tablet
    Ginseng Tablet
    Tea (milk, artificial sweeteners)

    -LUNCH (12:30pm approx):

    1 Kiwi
    1 Orange
    1 Plum
    Water

    -DINNER (4.30pm approx):

    Quorn (2 portions, e.g. 2 sausage, 2 nugget) or fish (1 portion)
    Tinned sugar free Beans/Pea’s/Corn
    Garlic & pepper garnishing
    Water
    Tea (milk, artificial sweeteners)

    -SNACK (6pm approx-8.30pm approx):

1 Yoghurt (Kiwi & Fibre Activia/ Fibre Activia)
    Water

why are the answers made so they suit you either way? your diet is a bit crap but there is no option for that.

    Other know more then me.

But I don't see any real protein with your lunch and thats only four meals a day, six is what you should aim for. Additionally sausages are in general full of crap in no way healthy. Also afaik stuff like organ juice is loaded down with sugar as not as healthy as people think.

Are you on a diet, do you have any medical issues, are you actively fit, is there a history of heart problems in the family, what is your height/weight/age?

No one here can answer your question online and it would be wrong to do so. If you need dietry advice, you are best to consult a professional.

If you so strongly believe it's crap then you would wanna post a big block of text and not take an anonymous poll, which you haven't done, which leads me to believe that you haven't anything interesting to say.

Well you can point out afew things which are not healthy like the sausages and the fruit juice, and suggest six balances (carbs, protein, fruit and veg) meals a day as well as balancing fats.

    Diet is pretty poor tbh.
Not enough protein by a long way, not enough veg, little or no healthy fats.
Also, there are long gaps between meals, add some good snacks in between meals, nuts, cottage cheese etc.

Porridge (with 1 table sp. Lecithin, 2 sp. Wheat Germ and 1 tablespoon Sunflower seeds) -Good
    ½ cup milk (for cereal)
Orange juice -Bad, too much sugar, not enough fibre, eat a real orange
Centrum tablet -Dont need - forget tablets - eat food!
    Ginseng Tablet -Dont need
    Tea (milk, artificial sweeteners)

    -LUNCH (12:30pm approx):

    1 Kiwi
    1 Orange
    1 Plum
    Water
-Terrible lunch - this is a snack at best - eat some proteinm a chicken breast or some tuna or something here, and some veg - eat more veg than fruit, fruit is somewhat high in sugar, 2 or 3 peices a day is enough

    -DINNER (4.30pm approx):

    Quorn (2 portions, e.g. 2 sausage, 2 nugget) or fish (1 portion) -Quorn=proccessed ****e, eat real food, chicken/fish/lean beef/turkey etc
Tinned sugar free Beans/Pea’s/Corn -again, proccessed, eat fresh not tinned
    Garlic & pepper garnishing
    Water
    Tea (milk, artificial sweeteners)

    -SNACK (6pm approx-8.30pm approx):

1 Yoghurt (Kiwi & Fibre Activia/ Fibre Activia)
    Water
Cappuccino or Americano (milk, artificial sweeteners) -Green Tea instead

    *cough*

If you're going to put up your diet and ask for criticism, don't whine when you get it. So here's my contribution: more protein, more meals, more fats, less processed muck, less sugar, more fibre, less fruit, more vegetables.

GSW I went back and had a look at your other thread that you have going. First up, well done on making the changes to your lifestyle, it's not easy kicking some of those habits so you've certainly come a long way.

But have you read the stickies at the top of the page? There's an awful lot of information there about what a decent diet should be like and even a glance through them would tell you that the eating habits you've posted up are awful at best.

So (and I mean this in the nicest way!!) suck it up, read and make the changes you need to do ;)
