    i started a bums and tums class last night and i disgraced myself!1 i'm 32 and reasonably fit ( i can do a 40 min brisk walk without being out of breath ) anyway i really wasnt to tone but i was just unable to do crunchs etc, not lazy just honestly not able to. i don't have any injuries. what can i do to get rid of my flabby belly, its really getting me down. i have a slendertone too..

    burning more calories than you consume gives you a flat stomach, not sit ups and slendertone, fat is not exercised by doing this-muscle is, and thats nothing to do with flab-thats excess fat that needs to be burned with exercise and diet.
