Poor concrete ontop of monoliths

    Does anyone know what might cause spots of poor dis-coloured concrete on the top surface of monoliths.

    Heres the recipe

    Cement
    Silica
    Water
    Glenium
    Micro-air


    The same mix was used for all 18 monoliths but 15-17 displayed poor spots.

    Any suggestions welcome
