It seems that teams are popping up left right and centre which is fantastic! We want to see pictures! Who is currently serving with each team and the various things that make your team unique.

Post pictures, themes, team anouncements etc but try to keep it friendly and on topic

Come on lads, advertise yourselves !!!

if enough teams pop up - would a league be a feasible next step? Teams could go poaching other teams players for cash payments.... or.. i dunno - points deductions.

Hmmm there is talk of the Zimmerframe Division being set up. Must see if we can get this up and running.

Good question odonnell.

Eventually the IAA hopes one day to be in a position to organise national and international events. This is a long way off yet with only a couple of sites, a handfull of retailers and the number of players we have but it is not beyond the realms of possibility in the future.

For the time being we hope to see people forming teams, training and playing together regularly to improve and expand the community atmosphere while having a lot of fun doing it. The more teams out there, the more colouorful the sport becomes.

As for the poaching and cash payments, well personally I hope we never get so competitive that it becomes an issue ... honest defections and intrigue could be an interesting angle though

At present we are not "actively" recruiting as we are a new team and do not consider ourselves an "official team" as of yet, however we will poach those with potential. Our trainer Boru is currently putting our team plan together to train us on many aspects which will be beneficial to us as a unit.

Current members: 5
We're not really going any specific theme, US woodland is common as its easy to get a hold of.
We've no restrictions on equipment, etc. If it fires we use it .

Not openly recruiting but we will consider anyone who fits the profile. Good teamwork is essential. A full Russian loadout will cost about $200 not including AEG.

Rochie: Scout/Pioneer

Allowed equipment:
Soviet era or Russian Federation equipment, 1970's onward. AK series, SVD's, RPK's. Acceptable Eastern guns, Type 56, Type 97. Acceptable Western guns, G36 series, FN F2000, some bolt action sniper rifles.

Mid-cap mags only, High-caps are banned on our team, autowinding mags in support guns are the only exception.

Ok, Well as of now we dont have a team but we hope to soon(Name suggestions please:D ). There are 4 of us wth gear and one with just a shotty. When we do start up there will be one primary condition for joining: an adequete PMR with somekind of headset. We use a mishmash of forest DPM and as we are all under 18(All in The high School Rathgar) we are on a budget. All modern AEGS are accpeted, No scorpions but 1911s and Thompsons will be exempt. Primarily look for young southsiders(no descrimination, just easier to travel together). We will take people relativly new to the sport but your own gear is required. Membersip will be a few euro as we'll be ordering name and team tapes. Anyone interested pm me. Wont happen for a while as coms and cammo need to be sorted but they are priority numero 1.

look, acu is cool, and more to the point i am due a shipment that could keep half of iraq clothed in it any day now AND i might add i look quite dashing in it.BAWHAHAHA ....BUT if General Gandalf wants some some sweaty OD crap,listening to DOORS music while lemming does the door gunner effect, i suppose i can stop feeding our kid for another month (food is so, overrated, for someone so small, dont you think?) and get the whole OD thing going...

Actually i'm 16... my girlfriend is in 6th year and isn't allowed out during the week.... so most of my time is spent with her or at work.. but i would love to join a team

See since we're 16 we cannot drive YET(March is prov licence time) so we get the dads to drive. This means if we all live in the same area of the city or on our route to HRTA/Drogheda one car can do it all, well with 5 we need two but i hope to get a low end Moped/motorbike cept my mom thinks they're too dangerous.
