I'm not on my laptop at the moment, but I wouldn't put up my wallpaper here anyway cos it's a photo and other people are in it, and I don't think they'd appreciate it.

Print screen.

Then open paint or whatever and just paste it.

its not a command i use to often so not used to it

Print screen - save photo to some folder - upload (Manage attachments below) - Upload from your computer - when its done type something into the reply box and it should appear below your text.

Print screen and then open paint.
Ctrl +V and it should show it.
Text shouldn't show up in paint.
