    Probably oatmeal or oat-something.

    There are sites that have UK-US dictionaries for recipies.

    I was rooting about for a while and eventually settled on this, closest I could find:

    Oatmeal, NS as to regular, quick, or instant, made with milk, fat not added in cooking

    Does anybody use their Activities section where you can input your daily activities and estimate calories burned and stuff? I can't find anything related to a crosstrainer but then again I assume this isn't the most important section anyway...

    It is all just estimates anyway so just choose something similar like elliptical trainer, rowing machine or bike.
