Finding BBC Radio 4 on Technomate TM-3000

I used to find BBC Radio 4 on Channel 145 of my Technomate TM-3000 receiver but several months ago I lost it and cannot find it again. In fact, lots of channels have disappeared although I find BBC Radio 5 Live on 140. Can anyone tell me how to find it again? (The dish is still pointing at Astra, the other feed goes to a sky box in another room)

Note: this receiver is hooked up to an amplifier + loudspeaker, not to a TV, so I can't see listings. I only have the handset provided, and it seems to be capable only of cycling through about 180 channels (numbers 1 to 180 approx).

I see from websites that BBC Radio moved moved in May 2007 to Astra A, TP 13 and SID 6754, but how do I find it given only my handset?

    Help much appreciated.

you would have to connect it to a TV to see the boxes menu. once connected its probably best to do a Auto Scan to find the missing channels.

The BBC have been moving their radio stations from Astra2d to Astra 2A for a while now so you will have to re-tune them in, either by doing an autoscan or by entering the following frequency

    11.954Ghz H
    Symbol Rate 27,500
    FEC 2/3
