Hey lads, i don't know if many remember me around these parts, but i used to be a fairly regular poster here. Unfortunately i sorta let go as i was going through a bad spell and lost interest, but now it's time to get back into it again:)

I'm starting back rugby aswel for a little encouragement;)

I was just wondering if you guys can give me a few ideas of what sorta snacks you have between meals during the day as i'm getting fed up with the usual ones that i have been eating for god knows how long (meals 2 and 4)

Here is a rough idea of my current diet aswel:

Meal 1: Natural yogurt with home toasted oats and some honey, a banana
Meal 2: Pure natural peanut butter on mccambridges bread, an apple, a banana
Meal 3: Wholewheat pasta with chicken breast and pesto, an orange
Meal 4: Handful of nuts, an apple
Meal 5: Potatoes, veg (fresh carrots/peas/broccoli/etc.), meat (steak/chicken/pork/lamb/etc), 2 chocolate digestives
Meal 6: Scrambled eggs on toast, glass of milk

Also critique and opinions on my diet welcome:)

Chicken fillet stir fried with garlic, chili & cashew nuts in sesame oil. Eat in a bowl or in an iceberg lettuce wrap.

Oat pancakes- wholeoats blended/liquidised or oat flour, skimmed milk, egg, ratios do not really matter- make as runny or thick as you like. I top with honey or maple syrup.

    Steamed cod, vinegar & ketchup

Toasted wholemeal pitta & laughing cow low fat omega 3 cheese.
