bruised ribs

    i was playing a match and got a nee in the ribs. it is very soar
    i mean i was in school today and couldnt even pick up a pen i dropped!!
    wat do i do to help them heal and how long????
    dont worry i put the other person in hospital!!

    You might have cracked one, go get it checked out

    sounds about right! I have cracked and bruised ribs many times and i have always found bruised hurt more. Even if they were cracked not much can be done anyway as long your lungs aren't perforated all a doc will do is give you difene and tell to breathe deepely every couple of hours. Wouldn't train for a few weeks.....doubt you'd be able anyway
