I have dated two women with a history of anorexia and eating disorders and both had extremely hairy arms.

All the websites on anorexia agree, but perhaps you know better.

It depends on the extent and how far they take thier anorexia.
In extreme cases the body will grow hair to try and keep warm and their body fat % is so low.
