Hi Folks, Im looking for advice on what to eat for lunch. Im planning on making my own lunches for work but what do I bring? Was going to alternate between boiled chicken and tuna as the staple parts of the lunch, prob on wholemean brown bread. Any recipe advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Chicken, scallions, red yellow & green peppers, feta cheese, avocado, tomato - all chopped up fine and mixed. Lubbly jubbly.
