Going to get some home equipment - Bodybuilding

I'm going to just start off my getting a bench and some decent dumbells.

I will look around in other places though to get a better price as Argos is usually quite expensive. Would that be an alright bench though?

Anyone good online retailers I should know about?

Also what dumbells should I get?

Hey man, Please don't buy that bench. It's a smith's machine style and you'll be wasting your time. The bar on this is guided up and down as you can see. this is not a good thing.

When you're benching you are also working stabilizer muscles in the chest and shoulders which help you keep the bar steady.

This bench does all that for you. It's nearly cheating. You're better off spending a bit extra on an Olympic style bench. elverys do some good one's but you'll probaby find cheaper on ebay.
