To cut a long story short it seems that I am going to need to use a different gym (for at least a few days a week) due to the lack of equipment in the gym Im currently using :( ,don’t get me wrong the gym that I am using is good :D , great service (a fitness assessment and new workout plan every 6 weeks I get my new one Monday:) im going from full body to a training split) and a decent amount of equipment especially considering the size of it , however my goals involve completing a number of physical tasks and that requires that I train for some movements that would be considered power lifting (snatch , squats, dead lift etcetera) my current gym just doesn’t have any Olympic bars (I also miss the cable crossover) I have heard so many good things about Hercules and it is in a convenient location , so I was wondering if any one knows the opening hours ,and membership fees ?? (I haven’t been able to find their website) also who here lifts there and when ?? (I like to lift in the morning amybe i will see you there )

AFAIK to join Herc's you have to be invited by a member of the club.

I'm not sure what their instruction is like but I'd say your best bet would be to get in touch with the Irish Weightlifting Association and the Irish Amateur Wrestling Association - since they own it and talk to them. I'm sure they'll be able to help you out.
