Critique my Diet/ Regime PLEASE

    Hi all.

    Started a new diet/ programme three weeks ago and would appreciate your opinions on both. My aim is to reduce body fat.

    DIET

    Eating 6 meals a day, each with protein. Typical day:

    1). Protein Shake (48g)
    2). Nuts approx cup full
    3). Bulgar wheat (+ peppers, celery, sultanas) + tin of tuna
    4). Bulgar wheat (+ peppers, celery, sultanas) + tin of tuna
    5). Omelette (6 egg whites, 2 yolks) with onions + tomatoes
    6). Steak, spinach and tomatoes

    + A few litres of water / day

    WEIGHTS

    3 times a week alternating between 3 Sets x 12 Reps and 4 Sets x 8 Reps
    (Supersets)
    1). Chin ups
    1). Lunges

    2). Dumbbell Chest Press on flat bench, one arm at a time
    2). Lying on back, feet on ball, raise pelvis/ hips as high as can, lower to ground and repeat

    3). Reverse Chins (lying under bar on smith machine)
    3). Dumbbell shoulder Press, standing, palms facing inwards

    4). Plank

    CARDIO (5 Days a week)

    Intervals, alternate between rower, bike and threadmill

    Warm up 3 mins
    6-8 x flat out 30s, reat for 1 min
    Warm down 3 mins

    My aim is to loose body fat. I started 3 weeks ago and was 18.5% bf. Last week I was down to 15% (-7.85 lbs bf). Short term I want to get to 12, then 10 and eventually 8.

    Any advice on this would be much appreciated...

    Diet doesn't look too bad at all. Try and get some carbs in with the protein tho. first thing in the mornign you need your energy!

    The workout's a bit limited, but as a starting point it's good!!

    you seem to be doing quite well so far, so just keep it up.
