    hey,

does anyone know off any way or supplement that can reduce the amount cracking your bones or joints do. my ankles, knees, wrists...they crack so much when im training, its not sore but sounds frightening and surely cant be good in the long run! im only 25 so im not an old man yet.

    I'm the very same.
When I stand up at my desk in work, people wince at the cracking noises in my knees.
I do a lot of running with no issues so not sure what causes it.

I was told fish oil helps so take three capsules of that a day. Can't say it helped me at all.

My GP said I could be heading for arthritis when I'm still young enough

Try some glucosamine, the one with chondroiton is the best.

animal flex, great stuff, helped immensely with my joints and rehab after any sports injuries, got your full daily dose of glucosamine, chondrotin, flax seed oil and a heap of other stuff, not to mention shark cartilage lol.

^^ agree here, I had a bad wrist problem about 2-3 months ago and animal flex worked a treat for me and still have two packs left and i bought it 2 months ago. I take Glucosamine as well everyday and omega fish oils/flax seed oil and i seem to have no problems with my wrist. Id recommend getting an anti-inflam/pain relief gel like Voltrol as well to rub into your joints

Mick Sells it in his Store "The Supplement Store" on Camden Street. Just a few stores down from the Fitness Dock
