In an act of astonishing courage and absence of sense our moderator and serving Chairman of the IAA has sustained a severe injury.

I'm sure we can all agree that jokes and pointing are in order as well as fond words of support and commiseration for missing the last trip to Predator.

Threw my leg over the railings at Bray beach. Went to throw the other one over *pop*. Knee cap no longer where it should be. Was going down the side of my leg.

There was an airshow on at the time. I drew a nice little crowd

Thanks for all the well wishes lads. Haven't a clue how long it'll take to heal. Was told to take it easy as there's a chance it'll pop back out in the next few weeks *shudder*.

Okay I'll come clean. It was all actually an elaborate plan so I could get out of having to buy a round of beers.

In retrospect, I may have gone over the top a little. Must think of something less drastic.
