    hey,just wanted to know what is the best protein supplement,that works and is relatively cheap?also,protein bars;a load of bull..or good stuff?
    could anyone tell me the nutrional values of this shake;
    1 passion fruit
    1 banana
    500ml low-fat milk
    5 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder
    1 1/2 tablespoon of honey

    try bodybuilding.com for the nutritional values they have a data base with everything on it, it's much cheaper to make your own bars, as far as powder go's I use optimum nutrition’s gold standard whey a big tub (I think it’s about 5lbs) is 55 ish the 10lbs sack is 99ish I know it sounds like a lot but it’s cheaper then buying chicken (per gram of protein) plus you can get a discount if you are getting all your sups at once,Just stay away form the Body Fortress an Tony Quinn stuff , I tried the bf and it gave me killer gas :D
