Depending on how disciplined you are with your diet at the moment it might not be something you have to worry about just yet.

When I'm trying to cut bodyfat I jsut eat minimal carbs after about 6.30pm (unless it's postworkout) and eat more protein and fat.

Discipline went out the window the past 2 weeks although when I go for it Im usually very strict with my diet , my one cheat meal per week usually ended up being the Sunday dinner (a roast) maybe fallowed by a white choc magnum , I haven’t read much of the book yet but what I gather form what I have read so far is that it centres around feeding the body at the right time to fuel the work out ,manipulate hormone levels and maintain insulin sensitivity (some thing most people on the board are already familiar with). Starting Monday im going completely clean again ,Ill start off with minimal carbs (except for post and pre workout) and see how I go, protein will definitely be kept high, Im not to good at getting the fats in (I normally go for lean meats) so that’s something that I need to work on , I think the fat will be coming from salmon and peanut butter (I picked up the 1kg tub from natures way) ,

Dam look at the time I have a workout in the morning !!!!
