Mid afternoon and after dinner snacks

    Hi

    Just wondered if anybody have a tip or 2 for mid afternnon and after tea snacks
    Trying hard to get into the whole 5-6 meals a day
    Training for the half marathon which is going ok
    Could do with losing a bit after the holidays etc

    Tuna (you could possibly make some sorta salad thing outta this, I just eat it straight outta the can!)
    Eggs (i bring 3 boiled eggs to work with me everyday - just eat the whites!)
    Nuts (unsalted, unroasted - convienient as hell!)
    Cottage Cheese (especially tesco's onion & chive one, delicious!)
    Chicken Salad (why not!)
    and my personal fav: Smoked Mackerel! (a little salty, but high in healthy fats and sooo tasty!)
