    I am training my ass, by lying down on my couch and doing nothing.

    Well I seen this on another site and it went on for quite a while everyone was posting up what they wer training and where. I suppose it was purely for guys that train in the same place as one another and to let the other guys know what one was training

    ROFL, I train in Pinnacle, sometimes when its really quite there (i.e. around 3 people) are more girls than guys there......:D

    Rack Pulls, rdls, fat man rows, upper back work in TF on Friday.

    Full range bench 5rm, 2 board 3rm, 4 board 1rm + tri's and back on Sunday in Hercs.

    Well did a 40min run (about 8.5km) this morning and yesterday workout was

    Deadlift 147.5kg 5*5 with 30degre incline DB Bench press using 42kg bells 5*5
    (meaning i moved from one to the other for all 5 sets until finished)

    One arm row 46kg 8*4 + Dips 15-20reps * 4 + DB Curls 15kg 10*4

    Front squats 80kg 6*3 + Seated Rows 170lbs 8*3

    Then off to the charles poliquin fat loss symposium thats on all week
