Arm Ache

    Hi all,

Just a quick q. There's a weights machine in the gym that I use (don't know name of it sorry - I'll find out tonight) where you sit down and lift up the handle bar things and they lever up. The first of most of my sets on this gives me a twinge a little like pins and needles in my left wrist/arm. Over the weekend my wrist and arm felt uncomfortable and sore. Wondering if these are related and am I doing myself damage? Do I need some sort of supports?

I work in an office too and sometimes get discomfort and pain in my wrist from using the mouse (switched from right hand to left hand for same reason and now left hand is getting annoying). I'm guessing these are related. Had put office thing down to carpal tunnel syndrome - is this just an extention of that or a common weights problem?

    Thanks,
    Gumby.
