I followed jenndudess' advise and lost 2 lbs in one day! I noticed the difference after only a couple of hours! Now my abs, quads and butt are toned and I didn't even have to change my diet one bit! After reading through this post again, I realised that there is a negative attitude to people going against the grain....A "newbie" comes in and types without proper grammar and with large text, probably reflecting her bubbly personality and it didn't go down too well with anyone...Reading through the individual posts, it seems like boards.ie has strict rules and everyone must share the same thoughts on topics, and in this instance have the same standards of grammar and nettiquette...Was it not boards.ie that had a battle because of free speech a few years ago...
