Aerobics/circuits In Kildare

    Hey All,

    I'm New To Here And Just Wondering If Any Of You Guys Can Help.... Looking For Somewhere In The Kildare Area (naas, Newbridge, Kildare Town) Where They Do Step Aerobics Classes Or Circuit Training Classes But Where You Don't Have To Be A Member. Most Of The Places I've Heard Of Are Gyms Where You Have To Have Yearly Membership.

    Anybody Know Anywhere......

    Hi,

    There is a firness hall over in newbridge and a girl I know, gives aerobic classes and circuit training classes on wednesday night, i think its the county council fitmess centre and you just pay for your classes

    Hi,

    Not sure if you are living in Kildare but there is also a circuit training class which is held in Kildare town, on Monday nights. It is held in Kildare RACE centre,the classes run all year round with the exception of the summer mths. They normaly start back around the end of September for the winter season. The classes are pay as you go.
