Keep doing what your doing, your making progress, just have some more patience. The abdominal fat seems to be the last to go. Don't start doing press-ups and crunches trying to tone them up (nothing wrong with doing them in general however!)

Continue to loose body fat so that your stomach and chest become more defined. Doing bench presses, incline bench presses, and the other routine on this page... http://weight-training.realsolutionsmag.com/chest-training.html

Those weights will help tighten your chest muscles.

I can definitely confirm that this is true. I'm basically lean now, but I still have that last bit of stubborn fat around my gut.

Doing bench presses, and other chest workouts can develop your chest, the fat will still be there (no spot reduction of fat), but it looks better than boobs, if you are fat with a good chest it just looks like you are stocky like a wrestler. I still have some fat on the belly & chest but it does look far better, a mate knows I am lifting and was commenting saying my chest was big, at that time it was more fat than muscle! but the muscle made it look better.

Everyone has a different genetic make up so belly fat could be 1st or last place you lose it, most people store most around the belly as its easier for the body to carry-years of evolution for that!!

Yeah I'm like this but am gonna see what kind of damage I can do to the belly in September. My diet isn't great but I've always been lucky that I have plenty of muscle.
