    Hey all... Just a few questions to ask. Most have been answered browsing through the threads!

    Basically, I've been taking Cyclone maximuscle for the past month and a half and have seen some decent results (This might sound stupid), but just wondering if i'm taking it right?? I take one shake at 8:30am every morning and another at 9pm after training. I don't eat anything until around 11:30am (Tuna, Lettuce and Tomatoe) and that usually does me til dinner at 6pm-ish as I'm actually not hungry between then.

    My basic plan was to lose weight, tone up and get fit which i feel is going to plan slowly but surely. My friend thinks differently! He thinks i should be eating more! When i do stuff like this i'm usually hard on myself and won't snack on junk. Just wondering if it's alright to survive on such a small amount of food a day or am i doing it wrong?

    All answers or tips would be appreciated as i'm pretty serious about getting back to full fitness and don't wanna be f**king it up by doing it wrong!

    We can't really advise on whether your energy intake is high enough without knowing your energy expenditure.

    With that caveat in mind, it does sound like you're eating very little.

    Personally, I'd stop taking the shakes and get more fruit, nuts and veg in to that diet. I'm sure someone who's more au fait with supplements will be able to help further.

    way under eating

    6 small meals a day

    read the stickies here and work out your caloric intake for the day and split that across your meals

    under eating that badly and you may be losing a nice bit of muscle
