boat hire and cruises

Hi I live in the centre of Dublin and would like to know were I can hire a boat out for say a weekend.Id like it to be a power boad but would look at any type of boat. Also Im trying to find any cruise that leave from Dublin docks and return to Dublin docks as I can seem to find any on the net.
