Reccommend a Good Fish Oil Supplement Please

I don't eat fish at all so I need a really good one.

I use EyeQ which contains 800mg omega-3, 200mg primrose oil (omega-6), 186mg EPA, 58mg DHA and Vit E in 2 capsules. It's recommended you take 6 capsules for the first 12 weeks to build up your levels and then reduce the dosage to 1-2 capsules per day. Now I've only been using them for the last 5-6 weeks because I had exams over the last two weeks and I honestly believe they improved my concentration significantly. Also noticed real improvements in my skin and nails (not so much in my hair but I believe some do).
EyeQ is quite expensive though at 30.70 (in boots I think) for 180 capsules. There are other fish oil/omega capsules out there by Seven Seas and others but I'm not sure on their dosages as they weren't printed on the label of the last bottle I bought.
Just as a side I take a tablespoon or two of udo's oil most days I remember to as well.

I got the Eye Q today. Was tough swallowing 6!!!

Thats what it says on the directions.

6 capsules per day for 12 weeks with food

Took them together today cause I got them late. Will fan them out over the day tomorrow

Thats what I meant, you have to load the EyeQ at the start, but I doubt you should take 6 in one go
