This gets lots of great reviews from you guys/gals on the forum but my question is that is it for the average weight lifter and not just bodybuilders??

I like to do cv 1st and then a good weights session but I dont want to feel as if i shouldnt be in there because im not as big as everyone else

Pinnacle is for everyone and you have people of different sizes and experience training in there. Recently my friend joined up and has had no experience in lifting weights at all. The people in Pinnacle are personally the friendliest bunch of people you could ever meet in a gym and will help you if you ask.
