Hi, I was up in Holland& Barrett in the square today. They have a sale on at the moment and are selling Body Fortress Creatine for €7.25.
Has anyone used this before? Would I be better off buying a well known brand like NutritionX?

    Thanks

Last time I was in H&B I noticed most supplements were "diluted", read the labels carefully, e.g. it could be 20% creatine, 80% dextrose, cheaper to go to tescos and get 500g of glucose for €1 and stick in proper pure creatine.

Jon's got Olimp creatine at the mo which is cheaper than CreatineX per g and meant to be just as good.

Is that the caps or the powder?

The Olimp is powder, Creapure. Meant to be the exact same, but better value.
