Basically I need to lose alot of weight a month in because after some rapid weight gain i barely fit into my debs dress (very expensive dress!!)

My usual weight was around 10 stone 5 pounds, but at the moment i'm over the 11 stone mark due to a few weeks of being so rushed i couldn't excercise and ate bad foods. what I need to know is...is it possible to lose nearly a stone (lets say 12 pounds...so 3 pounds a week) in a month and how hard will it be and basically any tips anyone has about excercises that are good? I was thinking cycling for a while every day, swimming like 3 times a week and also walking more places? but im not experienced at all in excercise...I can't even do one push up!!

Any tips would be lovely thanks!!

    Read the stickies.

    Eat more protein
    Eat more unsaturated fat
    Eat less carbs
    Have a caloric deficit
    Get exercise, lift weights.

Yes it is possible but it wont be easy. Your exercise plan sounds good, dont worry about not being able to do push ups, cycle, swim, fast walks will work.

Whats your diet like? This is very important.

Definitely possible but not going to be easy ... get your diet in order, needs to be spot on. Then try for 3 or 4 good cardio sessions a week.

    best of luck !!!
