Any difference between the two health wise ?

I find it much easier to drink sparkling

I'd really don't think it matters tbh. Once you're not drinking like 5l of sparkling a day yu should be alright...

sparkling water is just water with carbon dioxide added to it. It has a teeny tiny bigger effect on enamel dissolution but otherwise the health benefits are the exact same as regular water.

I think I read some thing about the additional CO2 not being too good, but I would imagine the effects are minimal, and could have just been bull**** science put out by makers who use oxygen to fizz their drinks.

If a tiny litle bit of CO2 was all that was wrong with most peoples diets then the world would be a healthier place..

I heard that sparkling drinks are absorbed faster by the body because they head to the large intestine faster (that's why champagne gets you pissed so quickly).

    Note: This could be rubbish.

    Think natural, drink still.

    Think natural, drink still.
Why? Do you know something the other posters don't?
