Ive an aa navigator vive (think its a rebranded Evesham navcam) and am having nothing but trouble with it. there support wont mail me back. it has really buggy software so i upgraded but to no avail. its so bad i've just stopped using it, but a drive down the country next week forces me to use it again. so i tried…

its so bad i've just stopped using it, but a drive down the country next week forces me to use it again. so i tried reloading the software, but i think i put it in th wrong place this time and now its completly fecked, just keeps switchin on and off.
anyone know how to do a total software format or do something to allow me to be able to get this working or at least its original state (it was crap but at least worked a little).
