Just wondering if anyone can tell me why my knee has started clicking?

It was a bit sore on saturday but nothing major, i went for a three mile walk yesterday and it started clicking when i finished.

It only clicks when i squat down, not when i stretch it out.

    Any Thoughts?

    Thanks

I get this myself and have occasional discomfort in and around the knee. It doesn't stop me working out or isn't painful as such but I have recently got worried enough about it and went to see an Osteopath about it, and some other minor ailments, last night.

If you're worried about it or it gets worse, just get it checked out by a professional.

Perhaps taking a cod liver oil capsule every now and again may help.
