    I heard that if you want something nice (a treat) to eat, popcorn would be your best option because its low in calories and fat???

    But I use the one you pop yourself, but isnt all that oil bad for you??

    You don't need oil to make popcorn... the kernels will pop when they reach a certain heat. This can be achieved in the microwave or in the oven without using an oily pan.
