What's the best way of getting rid of it?

I'm using vaseline but it's not working well enough - is there anything else???

One word, four letters. Talc. Johnston's Baby Powder or the like. It prevents AND cures! Stick it round the balls as well. It's great.

I also suffer from it. My solution: wear those thigh-length shorts made from lycra. They're like cycling shorts without the nappy. Very comfortable and no chafing.

This is what I'm talking about:

    Thigh-length

Is it wrong that I get this just from walking around? :o

    I found sudocream helps it.

I get it from walking around in hot countries when on holidays. The missus splits her sides laughing at my John Wayne walk.

Verrry sore. Cheers for the talc tip.

To be honest, I get it from walking around on holiday.

Many the holiday has been ruined by the chafing.

It is like having the most awful pain between the legs. I reckon stabbing in the affected area would be more pleasant.

Lovely cool talc. I now don't go on holiday without it.

for clearing it up fast you can't beat Caldescene. It's powder form and comes in a container similar to baby powder. It's better than baby powder, sudocream or anything as far as i know. It's for clearing up nappy rash for babies. I lashed it on the affected areas one time with some bad chaffing from a long run and the rash was gone within the day. It's great stuff - we have it for the kids.

The problem is caused (in my case anyway) by shorts with a seam running down the inside of the thigh.
