What's the deal with this? I see a few people in here nibble on this every once in a while.

I presume that like the cashew nuts, it's beneficial in moderation? What does it do for you exactly in terms of nutrition and fitness and when is it best to have some?

Basically it is better for you than "normal" chocolate should you be in the mood for some. Less bull**** in it, more isoflavins etc.

It is more like "real" chocolate should be, I think in some countries cadburys dairy milk is not legally allowed to be called chocolate. Has around the same calories & fat as any chocolate, I wouldnt compare it to nuts nutritionwise, definite "cheat" in my book.

It is a stronger taste so you will probably eat less, thats why I would go for mature cheddars too, you can use less to get the same taste. You get good 70-80% in lidl cheap enough, I always end up scoffing the lot though so stopped getting it!
