Multivitamins

I'm 42, do a lot of sports, and I'm feeling a bit knackered these days. So I bought some Solgar multivitamin tablets (VM 2000) which were selected for me by a health shop attendant.

Now having taken them for a few days, I find my pee is gone bright yellow. Is this normal? I'm actually only taking 1 a day, where the recommended dose for adults is 2.

I find there is very little information provided for these tablets, other than the ingredients which don't mean much to me.

    Anyone any experiences with these?

Man, that's just the Vitiman B. I wouldn't worry about it.
