Healthy dinner suggestions

    Ok this is the meal of the day I find so hard to keep on track because in my house we just buy things in the cupboards and fridge for each individual day(for example my mum buys stuff on the way home from work). This means that somedays I can be served something quite healthy and others well like today, corn, pizza and oven chips.

    Basically can you guys give me dinners for 3 alternate days.

    Take responsibility for your own nutrition! Why wait to see what you'll be served?! Why not share the workload and agree to cook a few nights a week so you can ensure it's a healthy option?
