Transform on radio again

    Going to be on east coast radio this coming thrusday for 1hr

    Listen on your pc or what ever from 9.30am and will most likely be the full hour. Text or mail in any questions if you like and will be talking my usual no-nonsense approach to training, diet and motivation.

    Will also discuss what has worked with transforming clients and what has not over the past 10 years.

    That's 4:30 my time, other wise I would have tuned in. Do you have a recording? Or do they have online archives?

    Its not recorded but i will be on the country station next thursday at 12.10pm this coming week again
