    Hi everybody,

    I have a condor pro .18

I have successfully started it twice

    Then it cut-out

So I tried to start it again

The starter is now stuck and won't budge, there is no excess fuel in the engine.

    Please help,

    Thanks. :(

If this is a brand new engine then it maybe stuck top dead centre, this can be common in new engines, generally most new engines will take a number of runs to fully break in and get past this point where the engine sticks when cold. Check see does the flywheel turn over. if not then use a flat head screw driver as a lever and ease the wheel around till the piston move past top dead centre and releases.

Mugenextreme's advice will most likely cure things for you.

A possible problem is if the bit of force on the flywheel does not work - in that case your engine may be seized.
If that should turn out to so ... get expert help from where you bought it, because using excessive force on a lever could break a conrod inside your engine.
