    hey guys!

long time reader but i never really post but i kinda need some help

iv gotten back into the weight lifting at home recently, iv a bench and dumbells, im taking USN Whey Protein, 1 hr before i start doing the weights and im taking it about 30min before i go to bed, ( keep in mind i come home from work at 6pm and take me Whey, training at 7 till around 7:30/7:45 ) then have a HUGE dinner at around 8:30 or 9pm and then take me whey again at around 10:00 and bed by 10:30 ) i eat alot but cant gain anything, im eating my brown bread, brown rice, lean meats, veg, chicken, pasta etc..... anyways im training during the week and i do it on a mon,wed and thurs, oh i forgot to add that im going "top heavy"

Anyways enuf with my rant, here's the real problem, iv been doing it solid for the last 2.5/3 months and i havent seen a difference at all really ( ok well maybe a little difference but nothing major! ) now im not expecting any miracle's but a bit of a noticeable difference would be nice :P
    any idea's??

PS: only doing bench press and dumbell curls....and a few press-ups...

doing 5 sets of 20 reps bench
doing 5 sets of 20 reps with dumbells
and doing 15 press-ups between bench and dumbells

can anyone suggest anything else to me?? ( sorry im still a newbie :P )

    cheers !

Up the weight, drop the reps,do more compound lifts(eg bench press and deadlifts),up your calories and get plenty of rest.Putting on muscle doesnt happen overnight,it cold be a year before you notice significant gains but stick with it,it'll be worth it.
