Ok so say tonight I am going to do back n bi-ceps, or whatever body parts, that's not important.

Do you guys do all the back exercises in a row and then do the bi-cep exercises

    OR

Do you do 1 exercise for back then 1 exercise for bi-ceps and so on

Are there pros and cons for both. I have always done things the second way but was wondering if this is common practice or was I doing things arse ways

I'd always do back first. You need more strenght for back exercises as you lift heavier loads and the last thing you want to do is start back with hanging biceps ... Biceps last for me anyway.
The way I look at it - the compound exercises are the most important, and isolation exercises are far less important, therefore compound exercises first when you have the most energy.
