    Hey folks.
Can anyone recommend a good PT?
Ive been gyming it now for nearly 3 months and fairly happy with my progress but at the same time i feel my diet is letting me down a bit, now i know theres alot of people here who know there stuff and are more then willing to help but id like to sit down with someone and talk face to face and have them make me out a diet plan and a good programme to get me to where i want to be. I think its more of a confidence builder for myself, that i will be doing the right thing, if you know what i mean?
Im in Total Fitness in Sandyford, the guys from Icon fitness are always there but does anyone have any expieriance with them?
    Thanks in advance.
    Vinnie.

Well as i said b4, no experience, but if you want my self n mark are usually up in TF why not sit down with us and have a chat ? we can go through a load of stuff with you food wise, see what you're goals are, what you've been doing.

It'll be a lot cheaper than a PT, and if ure not happy, then why not talk to the guys in icon.

Yeah, I'm also looking for recommendations for Personal Trainers. I've been going to the gym for about 5 years now and everything I know is from reading fitness mags and books. I feel it's time now to get some professional help. I essentially want to build mass and become more defined. So any recommmendations, and does anyone know how much they cost per hour? I go to the gym in Trinity College - Can Personal Trainers call around to your gym? Cheers for any help or advice.
