I'm 5' 11, average build. I weighted 82.5kg 4 months ago, slowly i got that down to 73kg. But i still got a bit of fat on my stomach. Haven't done that much exercise (well i did at the start) i just cut out almost all the junk food i used to eat.

How much more weight must i loose to loose the belly fat. Its the only motivation i have for loosing the weight. I am aiming to get to 70kg, but will i have to loose more to get rid of the belly.

Depends how much muscle you carry. I'm 94kg and your height with visible abs.

Well your belly fat is your emergency store, your body will do everything to NOT lose it, so its really hard to shift

If ye do some extra cardio, and work the abs you should get better results

Diet, diet, diet. You have to watch what you eat (and drink).

Hey, congratz on the weight loss. That's a great achievement.

To lose the fat on your midsection would be difficult without any exercise. I'd advise you to start an exercise problem with high intensity, 3-4 times a week minimum. Light jogging will not cut it.

If you do weights and build up your shoulders, your belly fat will not look as pronounced. It mightn't be your ideal but it's a method you could employ. If you want visible abs, you'll need to have the rest of your body's musculature in shape as well.

Best of luck, and once again, congratz!
