    hi, I'm just lucking for advice with regards to endurance training, i posted before and got no responses. I'm looking for a routine with about 3 sets 12-15 reps, relatively low weight as I'm starting from scratch. any programs or ref to sites with what I'm looking for would be appreciated!!!
