Shift worker diet !

    Looking for some more advice please , ive recently started working 12 hour shifts , 4 days on 4 days off ... can you please tell me what you think of my diet and recommend any changes ? This is a typical day ...

    Breakfast: 4 weetabix with skimmed milk
    Lunch 1: Lean ham on granary bread , low fat spread, diet coke
    Lunch 2: Lean ham on granary bread , low fat spread, handful of mixed nuts
    Snack: Apple and more mixed nuts
    Dinner: Grilled lean chicken breast, mixed leaf salad with onion and tomato
    Evening snack : 4 low fat cracker bread things, petit filous (sp?) yogurt and more nuts.

    I also have a protein shake before and after working out. Also drinking 3lt + of water day
