    Going on the piss to Spain for next week. Anyone got any good tactics to minimize fat gain and muscle loss? my current diet (I wont post it) is absolutely spot on for me and Im attaining all the desired results but dont want to fcuk myself up for the 5 days im away. Whenever I drink I stick to vodka and fizzy water (not tonic). I am also thinking of bringing a load of protein drinks/bars with me and am going to get some form of exercise in (hungover or not). Wont be on the piss every night as its the running of the bulls. Did this when I was away a few months ago and probably came back in better shape than when I went! Diet will be kept clean of course. Just wondering if anybody had anything to add?

    Can you not just enjoy the break - I mean really enjoy it without worrying or fretting over what your eating or drinking for five days. Just start back when you return - I think you'll find 5 days hasn't made much difference. Besides, it's good to rest the body - that's what holidays are for. It might actually do you good.
    If was trying to get exercise in (hungover or not) while on holiday, I'd feel like I had an addiction problem. Chill and enjoy the bevvies and beauties..

    Keep an eye out for me over there forbessi!

    Myself and two of my mates from Kerry will be on the lash big time over there. I'm bringing protein bars to try and avoid catabolysm and will be hitting San Sebastian for some surfing as well so hopefully shouldn't lose too much.
