It's totally possible - he had the shape already (the muscle) and just had to drop bodyfat for it to show. Someone who hadn't built the muscle wouldn't be able to look like that without a good length of time building themselves up - but as for fat-loss I gather he dropped 16lb in 16 weeks, that's only 1lb a week. If you know what you're doing then that's nothing that exceptional.

there is a diet and fitness plan in mens fitness this month that claims an average man will lose 10lbs in 4 weeks..................seems very low calory intake to do it(1500 a day) but depending how this month goes for me i might give it a shot in august so i might have my 6pac back in just 8 :D

increase calorie expenditure by 500 cals per day or reduce calorie intake by 500 cals. Very possible.

I've gone from 22% BF at 108kilos to 18.9% BF at 107kilos in 4 weeks.

i just cant understand why anyone would want to look as out of proportion as that guy...
fair play to him though, he is lean...

I would seriously question his claimed bodyfat in the last picture. Sure he is lean, but no way is he 4.7% bf, prolly around 8.5%.

Why do you think that? I think he could be 4.7%
WHen our football team were being trained down in Santry stadium, we all had our Bodyfat % tested, one of the lads had a BF% of 4.2 , he wasnt in great muscular shape but he was skinny.

I feel the guy could be around 5 no problem. Don't forget when we normally see guys who reach that kind of level they are 240+ lbs and severly water depleted. Regardless of the guys bodyfat he looks well if somewhat unbalanced.

He seems to have a strong internet presence and I have watched some of his vid's on youtube and while he is not the most credible source of info he does know the basics of what he talks about….and the basics will give you that 85% of results that will change your body the way you want it.

I don't know, because I've only ever really guessed my bodyfat as calliper readings always give me stupidly low readings, but that's not what I would consider 5% BF. Well into the single digits I'd say, but not 5%.

Remember dude, there will be a considerable difference between 5% at his bodyweight and 5% at yours! :D

You have what, 70 to 80 lbs on that kid?
