I have two 20 kg dumbells. I am living abroad in the middle of no-where so no oppurtunity to go to a gym or buy a bench press. Is there any exercises i can do with dumbelss to build up my chest. Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks

If you can't improvise a bench, just lie on the floor.

TBH, I'd struggle to do many of these at 20kg so don't be worried if you can't get many reps initially.

If you want a full upper body (and cardio) workout using just the DB's try some man makers, Gym Jones used these as part of the training programme for the 300 guys. They'll make you sweat like a mofo and you'll get a great pump out of them: http://www.gymjones.com/schedule.php?date=20051123
